Kurt joined Celernus in 2015 and previously acted as the CCO & COO. He brings over 26 years of investment industry experience, most recently as a Vice President and Head of Operations for State Street Canada’s Alternative Investment Services division. Previously, Kurt was the COO and CFO of Red Jacket Asset Management, and prior to that was a Director at Castle Hall Alternatives. Prior thereto, Kurt enjoyed 15 years at Citco Fund Services, in roles that included Managing Director at Citco Toronto, Managing Director of Citco Bahamas and Operations Manager in their Cayman Islands office. Prior to joining Citco Toronto, Kurt became a Chartered Accountant (Chartered Professional Accountant) with Ernst & Young. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Waterloo.
